Ujjwal’s Insights: “I’m the Best Tester”

For Ujjwal, Tribe Qonf 2024 was a surreal and insightful experience. “Meeting numerous QA specialists and gaining exposure to the latest trends was incredible,” Ujjwal shared. He was particularly impressed by the use of AI to improve testing efficiency and the diverse perspectives of fellow professionals. The event started with a session by Dr. Brinda, a scientist from the Chandrayaan program, which Ujjwal found inspiring. “Seeing a scientist in person, someone I had only seen on TV, was a highlight,” he recalled.

The conference emphasized the importance of self-belief and holistic success. Ujjwal noted, “The major takeaway was to work with the mindset ‘I’m the best tester’ and understanding that success is not just a position but the overall well-being of oneself.”
