How does the recruitment process work?

The following steps is the recruitment process at Citytech:

  • Vacancy announcement through social media, referrals, newspaper, recruitment agencies 
  • Initial screening by HR
  • Telephonic interview from HR
  • Technical interview from technical team 
  • Practicals depending upon position you are applying for
  • Face to face HR interview

How often is the staff trained?

The new hired employees are usually trained during the initial days in the company. We organize trainings and seminars to enhance the skill sets of our staff. It depends upon the job nature.

What is the company’s dress code?

In Citytech, you can wear whatever apparel you are comfortable with. The dress code is casual.
