Product Analyst
Position Overview
The Product Analyst acts as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the product team. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that our products meet customer and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product design.
- Prepare business cases, workflows, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to validate requirements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s preferably in Business, Finance, or IT or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of BA experience, preferably in fintech/technology.
- Strong documentation, process analysis, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial products, payments, and compliance.
Product Designers
Position Overview
The Product Designer creates intuitive and user-friendly experiences across the company’s digital products. This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and product teams to transform user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
- Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system and design documentation.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and brand standards.
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in fintech products is an added advantage.
Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager oversees overall projects of the company, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery. This role requires cross-functional leadership, client management, and accountability for end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-value implementation of projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Manage risks, and client expectations.
- Manage projects across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design).
- Report project status to leadership and clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s preferably in Business, Technology, or Project Management or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work with various Project Management tools.
- 6+ years of project management experience in tech/fintech.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
