Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy fintech products and solutions to merchants, ensuring installation, training, and activation.
  • Assist in onboarding new banks and merchant partners under the company’s growth strategy.
  • Provide first-line support, including troubleshooting and responding to merchant queries.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams for smooth merchant operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of merchant deployments, issues, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in merchant acquisition, customer support, or field sales (fintech/banking preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for merchant visits and product deployments.
  • Valid 2 wheeler license

Position Overview

The Merchant Assurance Associate is responsible for providing frontline support to merchants by handling device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. This role ensures smooth and reliable operation of deployed fintech devices and solutions while maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute in initial setup, installation, and configuration of merchant devices (POS, payment terminals, etc.).
  • Provide troubleshooting support for device and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to critical support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and merchant interactions.

  • Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting technical and operational issues across deployed devices and platforms.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure seamless merchant operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of deployments, issues, resolutions, and merchant interactions.
  • Gather merchant feedback and relay insights to product and business teams for continuous improvement.
  • Phone Support: Provide timely and professional phone-based support to merchants, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating critical cases when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, customer support, or field deployment (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for both in-person and phone-based support.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with banks, merchants, and internal teams.
